The best-known dairies in Graubünden include the Morteratsch alp show dairy 5 kilometres outside Pontresina and the Tschugga show dairy in Parpan. They both offer visitors a hands-on experience or the opportunity to watch the cheese-makers at work. The latter is located in the Tschugga mountain restaurant in Parpan.
